Mike is a native of Oregon and acts as the Managing Director of KMC Solutions. As a co-founder of KMC Solutions and KMC Savills, Mike is considered one of the country's leading young entrepreneurs and tech innovators, having won multiple awards.
Mike has spent the last decade negotiating leases and managing projects on behalf of some of the largest Philippine conglomerates and multinational companies with his team at KMC Savills. This has given him an extensive information advantage when it comes to market data, upcoming office projects, and site selection.
In his spare time, Mike likes to problem solve by mentoring young founders and tinkering with new technology.
Chairman & Co-Founder
Greg is from Rhode Island and has been living and building businesses in the Philippines for 15 years. He has helped build two IT outsourcing companies in Manila, FBM Software, and FBM e-Services. Greg also co-founded two Internet companies in the Philippines, Digital Media Exchange and GrooveNet. In addition to KMC Solutions, Mr. Kittelson currently is the Managing Director of Kittelson & Carpo Consulting, and Chairman of KMC Savills. Mr. Kittelson is a member of IBPAP, various foreign chambers and active in the tech startup community in the Philippines.
Amanda Rufino Carpo
Legal Counsel & Co-Founder
Amanda is a Philippine attorney with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Juris Doctor from Ateneo de Manila University School of Law. She worked in PwC as a senior tax consultant before co-founding Kittelson & Carpo Consulting, KMC Savills, and KMC Solutions. Much of her work experience is in tax, international business transactions, and Philippine inbound investment.
Amanda is Managing Partner of Carpo Law. Her legal background and experience is relevant in the aspects of commercial and real estate law and helps clients gain insight on the ins and outs of the Philippine business and regulatory environment.
She is an 8x time Boston Marathon finisher, 12x Ironman, 1x Ironman World Championship Qualifier, 4X 70.3 Ironman World Championship Qualifier, and had a brief stint as a member of the Philippine National Badminton Team and Philippine Duathlon team.
Chief Operating Officer
Tracy Ignacio brings over a decade of professional experience starting from being an external auditor at one of the Big 4 Accounting Firms - PriceWaterhouseCoopers Philippines. After 3 years, she then moved on to work for BDO USA, LLP as a Senior Auditor. Having gained over 7 years of public accounting experience both here and abroad, she joined Fonality Philippines, Inc. as their Finance Manager for over 2 years before joining KMC Solutions as Finance Director. Tracy gained her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree from De La Salle University in 2003 and passed the CPA Board Examination immediately thereafter.
Currently as the Chief Operating Officer, Tracy provides leadership and coordination of company financial planning, debt financing, and budget management functions and ensure company accounting procedures and reporting conform to generally accepted accounting principles and various statutory requirements.
Executive Vice President
Joe Curran is the Executive Vice President of KMC MAG Group, Inc and KMC MAG Solutions, Inc - and is overall in-charge of overseeing and implementing various directives initiated by the Board of Directors. His primary functions revolve around new business development and driving operational excellence.
Prior to joining KMC, Joe worked for Cushman and Wakefield, a global real estate consultancy that deliver integrated solutions to landlords, tenants and investors at each stage of the real estate & commercial property process.
A graduate of International Marketing major in European Law of Trade Specialist from University College Cork in Ireland.
Chief Technology Officer
Clinton Marshis the Chief Technology Officer wherein he oversees and assists senior management and clients to identify, quantify and manage end-to-end operational risks. He is responsible for vital operations of KMC Solutions such as the KMC Network Operations Center (NOC), operational planning, and customer systems integration among others. He also assures that technical operations risk frameworks are in place providing adherence to external auditing entities.
Prior to joining KMC Solutions, Clint worked for tech giants Apple Inc. and Google Inc. where he managed projects involving global network engineering. In the same field, Clint also worked for T-Mobile and SBC Communications supporting digital network infrastructure. Clint also has international experience during his stint in Access Node Communications having been assigned in South Korea and the Philippines. While working abroad, he was the Network Services Manager wherein he was responsible for day-to-day operations, development of trouble management systems, and the development & training of those under the Offshore Leadership program.
Vice President for Sales
Tom Cragg brings over 5 years of professional experience in business development to KMC Solutions having previously worked for a successful, British-owned BPO Company. He played a major part in their team becoming operational when he first arrived in the Philippines back in 2006, and from 2009 Tom assumed overall responsibility for their Operations Unit in Manila which specialized in transcription, particularly in the medical sector but also providing legal and financial support services.
Although largely based in Manila, Tom also took an active role in marketing strategy and sales, making presentations to CEOs, CFOs, Department Heads and even Consultants in both National Health Service (NHS) and Private hospitals during regular visits back to the United Kingdom. Tom would also utilize these trips to visit existing clients in healthcare throughout the UK to ensure that the Company's key performance indicators were obtained and that customer expectations were consistently met.
By 2011, Tom was keen to broaden his horizons and began to look into other market sectors whereby he could utilize his local business knowledge in the Philippines and his experience to date in account management. Hence, he was thrilled to join KMC Solutions as their Vice President of Sales.
In his new role at KMC Solutions, Tom takes overall ownership for sales of their Serviced Offices in Manila (Ayala Ave, Central Business District of Makati and Fort Bonifacio Global City in Taguig), as well as their Seat Leasing and Staff Leasing services, assisting both international and domestic clients with their specific staffing requirements.
Vice President for Legal and Administration
Nancy Martinez-Arce is KMC MAG Solutions' Vice President for Legal and Administration and is one of the professionals involved in providing legal guidance for KMC MAG Group and its clients. She is responsible in ensuring the legality of commercial transactions, and advising the corporation and the clients on their legal rights and duties. She also helps in regular tasks such as reading corporate filings, assessing regular business transactions for their authenticity and helping clients achieve their business goals while ensuring they within bounds set by the law.
Nancy holds a BA Political Science and Government degree from the Ateneo de Manila University and a Juris Doctor Degree of Law from Ateneo Law School. Prior to joining KMC, she has had experience working in DBMA Law Partnership as a Junior Associate Lawyer. While there, she was responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts and legal research. She also gained experience in the fields of Labor law, Criminal Law, Intellectual Property, Corporate Law and Insurance Law.
Lana Osmeña is KMC MAG Group's General Manager and is one of the professionals involved in increasing management effectiveness, developing strategic plans, building company image by collaborating with clients and maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Lana holds a BSc Hotel and Restaurant Management degree from St. Paul College of Manila. Prior to joining KMC, she has had experience working as a Relocation and Business Development Manager in Santa Fe Relocation Services in Cebu. She was also the Sales Director of Megaworld Corporation Cebu Properties. Lana is also a Licensed PRC Real Estate Broker and a freelance Events Organizer.

John J. Chess is the founder and former CEO of MediCall, Inc. a successful BPO incorporated in the Philippines in 2003 providing multiple specialized services supporting the US Healthcare Industry. Many of the top Payers, Providers, PBM's, Revenue Cycle Management and Pharma companies in the industry utilize the company's healthcare and clinically oriented services. MediCall was acquired by Cognizant in 2012 and John assumed the position of Vice President and Head of Global Clinical Services until 2014. Also he was a founder and member of the Board of Cosine Communications, a telecom equipment manufacturer which enjoyed an IPO on NASDAQ in 2000 generating $230M in its offering. John was also a founder and the CEO of Apex Data International, a manufacturer of specialized communications devices acquired by Smart Modular Technologies in 1995 and played a key role in the subsequent IPO.
As CEO of KMC USA, John is fulfilling his vision of offering his experience, knowledge and vast industry contacts to US based Enterprises desiring to establish their own Global In House or Shared Service Centers in the Philippines. In combination with the unique capabilities of KMC, this GIC enablement model can more effectively become the preferred offshore solution for many healthcare oriented enterprises.

KMC Solutions, or more formally known as KMC MAG Solutions, Inc. is part of the KMC Group of Companies, which includes local real estate firm KMC Savills, Inc. and business consultancy firm, Kittelson & Carpo, Inc.
KMC Solutions was officially registered on November 24, 2010; a company born out of KMC MAG Group.
KMC received its PEZA accreditation and began operations at the Picadilly Star Building. Its operations expanded upon acquiring the 24th floor.
Manpower grew and KMC Solutions transferred to Sunlife Centre with KMC MAG Group.
With bigger plans ahead, KMC Solutions built its management team starting with top executives Tracy Ignacio and Clinton Marsh.
KMC Solutions tripled in size, adding 5 more office floors in 4 buildings: Uptown Place Tower 2, SM Aura Office Tower, V Corporate Centre, & in Rockwell Business Center Tower 3.
KMC Solutions expanded to Cebu City, acquired a 4,400 sq.m office in Uptown Place Tower 2, and was granted its first ISO Accreditation.
KMC Solutions returned to Picadilly Star Building and acquired the 25th floor as its new headquarters.
In January of 2017, KMC Solutions expanded operations in the USA providing Global In-house Center set up service in Chicago. Later in September, KMC launched its flexible workspaces located on the 5th and 9th floors of V Corporate Centre in Makati City, which collectively made up the country's largest flexible workspace at the time.
In May of this year, KMC formally launched its flexible office spaces located on the 19th and 20th floors of Robinsons Cyber Sigma in Lawton Avenue, Taguig City. With approximately 7,000 sq m of office space, Cyber Sigma ousted V Corporate Centre as the Philippines' largest flexible workspace.
Multiple launches are also set to take place later in the year as KMC moves out of the traditional central business districts and into other Metro Manila cities. KMC's planned launches this year include spaces in Robinsons Zeta Tower in Quezon City, which will mark QC's first coworking space, and Robinsons Cyberscape Gamma in Ortigas.
