We are looking for an experienced People Operations Specialist as we expand the team supporting Workday and ServiceNow. You’ll play a critical role in delivering HR operational support in Workday and ServiceNow to ensure accuracy of data and while managing the daily responsibilities for the Data Management team. The role will support the People Operations Team with the objective of efficiently and successfully organizing and coordinating high-volume HR activities.

The main responsibilities of a People Operations Specialist include:

  • Process HR transactions on Workday for new hires, job changes, employee data changes, and termination
  • Ensure data and system integrity by conducting regular audit report review in Workday.
  • Run audits for new hire data, job changes, and location changes flagging issues/discrepancies to People Operations team. Create and update supervisory organization in Workday
  • Validate and resolve system integration errors
  • Run simple and complex Workday reports
  • Create and manage ServiceNow People Ops dashboards and KPI metrics
  • Initiate and execute the Workday EIB process
  • Respond and resolve Data management cases in SNOW within SLAs
  • Perform UAT Testing for new project or process enhancements related to Workday.
  • Suggest new ideas for automation, reporting and self-service in our tools

 

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required with experience in human resources, business analysis, information systems or a related field require
  • 3 plus years of prior experience in an HR Specialist/Generalist role.
  • Experience with Workday HRIS System
  • Experience creating reports in Workday and preferably ServiceNow as well
  • Experience with ticketing systems. Servicenow is preferred.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently.
  • Proficient in Google applications (gmail, google sheet etc.) is preferred
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • High-energy, driven, articulate, and friendly personality with a customer-service mindset.
  • Experience supporting People Business Partner, Payroll, Recruitment and HR activity supporting a tech company.

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements:

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth).
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team)
