Receptionist

GENERAL OFFICE MAINTENANCE / FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

  • Office cleanliness and maintenance
  • Ensures that the facilities and utilities are fully functioning
  • Coordinates facilities/building issues
  • Conducts facilities inspection

 

FRONT DESK MANAGEMENT:

  • Provides support on the reception/front desk through:
  • Answering and dispersing calls and inquiries
  • Welcoming / receiving visitors of the Company
  • Responding/addressing tenant concerns and walk-in inquiries
  • Receive, distribute and file incoming letters, billings, invoices, documents and/

or other communications

 

GENERAL SERVICES / TENANT SERVICES:

  • Conference room reservations
  • Coordinates concerns of the tenants
  • Coordinate with IT Helpdesk
  • Conduct facility viewings
  • Hand out brochures to walk in clients

 

GENERAL ADMIN:

  • Petty Cash
  • Check release
  • Management of Utility personnel
  • Ensures that the assigned tasks of the utility personnel are performed
  • Monitors attendance of utility personnel
  • Schedules/assigns tasks of utility personnel
  • and/or accomplished
  • Supplies Management
  • Purchase, supply and manage office supplies, equipment and achines,
  • pantry, medicine, and other utilities

 

HR TASKS:

  • Support account managers and HR with location based account management

and HR queries

  • Coordinate with HR regarding HR related concerns (i.e. Recruitment, ER,
  • Compensation & benefits, Events, etc)
  • Tracks and monitors attendance for site-based employees
  • Submits attendance report every cut off
  • Facilitate the filing of overtime, under time, etc
