Purchasing Accounting Assistant

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Management, Commerce or equivalent
  • Experience in purchasing for 1-2 years is an advantage
  • Honest, trustworthy and resourceful
  • Knowledge of computer and MS Office Applications and MS NAV or any Accounting system
  • Knowledge in bookkeeping
  • Good communication skills - written and oral 
  • Ability to review, analyze, and differentiate detailed vendor and service provider specifications

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for procuring materials and services for the company.
  • Ensures competent quality execution of all purchasing duties and procedures.
