Looks for prospective tenants for the various projects in the Portfolio and ensures maximum space occupancy at any given time
Talks to and discusses with tenants directly on leasing concerns
Assists prospective tenants in queries and site inspections
Writes offer letters to tenants, both for renewal and new leases
Negotiates directly with the tenants based on the approved lease terms and conditions of company
Researches on market comparables and make recommendations to aid the company in getting the best lease terms and conditions
Evaluates and endorses for approval offers/counter offers received from tenants
Drafts lease contract based on agreed upon terms and conditions
Writes and endorses various lease forms (i.e. SOA, Lease Advice Slips, SIS, etc.) as needed
Collates and oversees status of leases to ensure timely negotiation and renewal of the expiring leases.
Talks to various brokers and existing clients to maintain a good network
Recommends marketing strategies / networking activities to improve leasing activities for accounts under portfolio.
Regular site visits of for lease and under lease properties
Performs all other related activities that may be assigned from time to time
