The Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, help develop new business from existing clients, and actively look for strategic improvements within our software platform. You will bring a creative spirit, detail-oriented focus, and strategic acumen in your approach to building and growing long-term business partnerships across the Property Vista family.

Expected Outcomes:

  • Become an expert in all Property Vista Platforms

    • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters,
    • Promote engagement with software modules and service offerings,
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives, 
    • Troubleshoot issues that occur within the software when needed,
    • Escalate bugs and change requests to our Product Team.


  • Maintain and service your client base

    • Serve as a point of contact for all customer account management matters,
    • Clearly communicate progress and assist in challenging requests,
    • Analyze Sales KPIs, trends, growth of business, and provide actionable recommendations for improvements,
    • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders,
    • Build a long-lasting relationship while identifying at-risk clients, resolve conflicts and advise them until they find success within our product and services.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • 2+ Years in Sales or Account Management in SaaS,
  • Proficiency in analyzing trends and optimizing the customer journey through data.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related fields,
  • Experience in the PropTech space,
  • Previous experience in project management.
