ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST

What you’ll do at Figma:

High volume invoice processing with accuracy and a7en8on to detail
• Match invoices to purchase orders, verify invoice approval, and ensure all proper
documenta8on is provided
• Build and maintain posi8ve rela8onships with vendors, responding to inquiries and
resolving issues promptly
• Develop and maintain documenta8on, including policies, procedures, and training
materials.
• Maintain accurate and up to date AP records, ensuring compliance with accoun8ng
standards and regula8ons
• Ad-hoc du8es as they arise

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Experience with Procurement systems (ie. Zip, Coupa, Oracle)
• Excellent verbal and wri7en communica8on skills
• Strong technical, analy8cal, and problem-solving abili8es with organiza8onal and 8me
management skills
• MicrosoP Excel proficient
