We are looking for a highly motivated Accounts Payable (AP) Team Supervisor to manage the daily operations of a team of AP Team Leads and assist in optimizing team productivity and efficiency.  The ideal candidate is a strong leader, detail-oriented, communicative, able to work independently and is a team player with a solid working knowledge of AP and Expense operations and shared services.  This role will be successful by being meticulous, personable, and able to both take direction and take initiative.  The position reports to the Sr. Manager, Global AP & Expenses and will interact regularly with various departments across the company.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Effectively lead day-to-day execution for AP and T&E operations in Manila
  • Directly manage four AP Team Leads and indirectly oversee team of 12+ processors
  • Monitor and evolve AP related metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for operational decision making through daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to on-shore management, along with addressing any adverse metrics/KPI results
  • Act as a subject matter expert for all AP and Expense related duties
  • Provide operational guidance for AP Analysts and serve as main point-of-contact for the Manila team; train, coach, monitor, support, influence, and promote discipline among the team members
  • Resolve, communicate, and escalate issues to on-shore management
  • Ability to jump in and process high volume of supplier invoices with accuracy and audit expense reports to ensure compliance to T&E policies, as needed.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects


Required Skills / Desired Experience:

  • 5+ years of Accounts Payable and/or relevant experience, with 2+ years leading a team
  • College degree desired, including courses in accounting
  • Ability to retain and understand intent of company policies
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work closely with various teams throughout the company
  • Capable of taking initiative to drive process change and improvements
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic setting while maintaining accuracy and delivering against deadlines
  • Motivated to work cross-functionally in a customer service-oriented capacity
  • Knowledge of cloud based systems (Workday Expenses, Coupa and Netsuite) from end user and administrative perspective desired
