Functional Overview

    This position will be part of the team which will be dedicated to support Zoom account with all HR-related matters and ensure great employee experience.

Minimum Qualification

  • Any four (4) year course
  • Preferably Management or Psychology related courses
  • At least 5 solid years' experience with Employee/Labor Relations
  • Preferably exposed in the BPO Industry (willing to render night shift)
  • With experience with account management handling more than 500 FTEs
  • At least 3 years with supervisory or managerial level
  • Exposed in customer-oriented environment
  • Willing to work either in BGC or Ortigas-based sites
