The Purpose Driven Career Objectives of a Brand Strategy Specialist
The Brand Strategy Specialist (Account Manager) - is responsible for developing and executing lead generation strategies in collaboration with various marketing departments at KMC Solutions. As a key member of the marketing team, the Specialist plays a vital role in driving qualified leads and supporting sales efforts. Reporting to the Marketing Strategy Manager, the Specialist combines strategic thinking, creativity, and a deep understanding of marketing principles to optimize lead generation initiatives and achieve business growth objectives.
Lead Generation Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with marketing departments (including creatives, performance marketing, and events & partnerships) to develop comprehensive lead generation strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research, analyze target audience behavior, and identify opportunities for generating high-quality leads.
- Utilize marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics to develop data-driven strategies and optimize lead generation processes.
Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Work closely with marketing departments to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation.
- Develop campaign briefs, define target audience segments, and align messaging to maximize lead conversion rates.
- Coordinate the creation of compelling marketing assets, landing pages, and conversion-focused content that drive lead acquisition.
Lead Nurturing and Conversion:
- Implement lead nurturing strategies to engage and educate potential customers throughout the buyer's journey.
- Collaborate with marketing automation specialists to set up and optimize lead scoring, nurturing workflows, and email marketing campaigns.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance, A/B test messaging and tactics, and make data-driven adjustments to increase lead conversion rates.
Collaboration with Marketing Departments:
- Foster strong relationships with marketing departments to ensure alignment and collaboration in lead generation initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to the creatives, performance marketing, and events & partnerships teams, ensuring the integration of lead generation tactics into their respective strategies.
- Collaborate with performance marketing specialists to optimize paid advertising campaigns for lead generation objectives.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to lead generation campaigns, such as conversion rates, cost per lead, and ROI.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance and present insights to stakeholders, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend strategic adjustments and refine lead generation tactics.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lead generation, demand generation, or a related role, demonstrating a strong understanding of marketing strategy.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creativity and the ability to develop engaging campaign concepts and messaging.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas and insights to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including paid advertising, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
