Job Description
- Responsible for partner commissions calculations and payment processes
- Create manual payment records when applicable
- Prepare monthly and quarterly accruals and payment reports
- Respond to inbound email or chat inquiries from Channel Account Managers regarding partner referral program commissions
- Manage Partner Payment record reconciliation within our Channel Referral Program
- Ensure partner data integrity by designing/implementing robust payment record cleaning management
- Unlock new opportunities for growth by discovering data insights and automating processes
- Ensure adherence to company business and operational/transactional guidelines
- Take actions to drive the resolution of outstanding issues
- Resolve ServiceNow tickets from internal teams adhering to defined SLAs
- Contribute to ongoing process and workflow improvements
- Support Month and Quarter close activities
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2-3 years of industry experience in Software, SaaS, or Unified Communications
- Channel referral, reward, or rebate operations experience highly preferred
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage a high volume at quarter and month-end close
- Must be well organized with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Must have excellent follow-up skills
- Advanced Excel skills required
- CRM software experience required; Salesforce.com preferred
- Understanding of how to use Apsona or Dataloader
- Experience with Salesforce.com, Zuora, Zendesk, ServiceNow, and Google Suite a plus
- Highly motivated, self-directed individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to excel in a fast growing/fast paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines
- Bachelors’ degree preferred
