NerdWallet seeks 3-4 contract paralegals to assist with transitioning agreements from an old contract repository (Quickbase and Dropbox) into a new contract management system repository (Ironclad). Help is needed to review agreements and input relevant contract data points into Ironclad.
These paralegals should have a solid knowledge of contract law and be able to understand contract wording and structure. Ideal candidates would have the following traits:
- detail-oriented,
- able to work independently but also able to collaborate with other paralegals and NerdWallet staff,
- strong communication skills,
- strong computer skills and experience with Ironclad and Dropbox,
- high degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential and proprietary information.
