The Role: 

The Customer Sales and Support Representative is a fast-paced role that will see you working within thesupport team of a globally recognised Communications Coach, Keynote Speaker and Influencer. The role is ablend of responding to sales and customer service queries, across email and social media messaging channels,relating to the various online and in person coaching programs offered globally. Requiring impeccable writing skillsfor communication with customers and strong verbal communication skills for communicating with team members,the role also has large scope for growth.

Main Responsibilities: 

Respond to sales enquiries (email and social media messaging) relating to accessing the Coaching Platform.Including queries about special offers, promotions and discounts

Respond to customer service or troubleshooting enquiries (email and social media messaging) relating to thesign-up process, access, payment related issues or usage of the Coaching Platform

Proactively identify, nurture and convert sales opportunities within emails, direct messages and comments.

Provide high quality, accurate and timely responses, within desired Service Levels

Always uphold the brand image and proposition in all types of communication with community and customers

Look to continuously improve and automate processes where possible


The Person: 

The right person for the role is a highly trustworthy individual, who can work in a fast-paced environment. Yourimpeccable written communications skills will allow you to quickly learn and adapt, ensuring communication withcustomers is always on-brand. You can work autonomously and problem solve, but know when to seek support.You have a high level of attention to detail and strong time management skills, enabling you to quickly switchbetween tasks, while maintaining quality. You will be naturally inquisitive and always looking for ways to improveprocesses and learn new skills that will enable you to grow in your role. 

Essential Skills & Experience: 

Experience in Customer Sales and Service roles using textual channels (e.g. email, messaging, webchat etc.)

Impeccable written communication skills

Strong verbal communication skills

Email management 

Ability to multi-task and time manage

Experience responding to high volumes of interactions with a high degree of quality 


Desirable Skills & Experience: 

Familiarity with the direct messaging functions of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn & YouTube
