Qualifications:
Customer Service - 1 Year Experience
English (Required)
Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
As a Customer Service Representative, you will take inbound/outbound, customer service calls/email/live chat communications related to a wide varlety of inquires including billing. service changes, cancellations and missed service inquires.
It would be expected that you would handle 60-80 calls a day in fast-paced/high-volume environment and to use multiple applications, knowledge bases, tools and calculations to research and resolve customer queries
You will handle a number of escalated calls. The ability to consistently provide an exceptional level of customer service, briefly explain complex issues in simple terms, and demonstrate appropriate de-escalation techniques is critical to your success in Panda
Sales and retention are also key components of the customer service role. As an agent you would be expected to skillfully highlight the features and benefits of Panda products and services to increase and revenue at risk customers.
