Our customer service representative is responsible for responding to guest concerns, registering guests with communities, payment collection, security deposit collection, and fulfilling concierge requests. The candidate will be trained to respond to customer inquiries by telephone, WhatsApp, or e-mail to address customer concerns. The candidate will work as part of the collaborative team in our Operations Center in Santo Domingo. The candidate will report directly to the customer care supervisor.

The main responsibilities of a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE include:

  • Responsible for responding to guest concerns, registering guests with communities, payment collection, security deposit collection and fulfilling concierge requests.
  • Offering and selling products/services we offer as Calisto Concierge
  • Responsible for resolving customer service issues
  • Respond to all internal and external email & WhatsApp messages in a timely manner
  • Problem Solve issues as they arise
  • Accurate call logging and issue tracking

  • Must be able to work well with other Team Members, Managers
  • Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Strong people skills.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Bachelors Degree / Undergraduates are encouraged to apply
  • 2 or more years of experience in customer service
