Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the processing, data mapping and maintenance of supplier data, incl. article, customer master data, etc.
• Monitor error messages from data deliveries from system interfaces and initiation of corresponding interface adjustments/data corrections
• Review of data quality through completeness and plausibility analyses
• Supports development (i.e. automatization, RPA) of data management processes
• Maintenance and optimization of the category structure in the shop
• Communication with specialist departments to continuously improve product presentation in the shop

Minimum Competencies:

• Min 3 years experience in excel and analytical skills
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make sense of large amounts of information / data
• Excellent skills using spreadsheet features and tools to produce key data points

Minimum Qualifications:

• Successfully completed studies with a focus on business informatics, business administration or similar or comparable training
• Ideally, first professional experience in the field of master data management
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
• Excelling handling of MS Office (in particular excel)
