We are recruiting for the following position:

Database Engineer

Your mission should you choose to accept it is to

• Own parts database automation with particular emphasis on segmentation and capturing online variables 
• Maintain a current and active list including locating and removing opt-outs, duplicates, new parts, and additional parts sites
• Inform, advise and issue recommendations regarding compliance with data protection laws including GDPR, and Company policies and guidelines with respect to data protection
• Automate process workflows 
• Set up and manage automations between our parts database, ERP, and online library
• Keep track of trends in the industry
• Build lead scoring that allows us to target higher quality leads in the parts industry

About You:
• 5+ years in operational database management 
• 3+ years using MSSQL 
• Organized with an incredible attention to detail
• Technical troubleshooting and problem solver
• Ability to conduct data analysis and display results to management in a streamlined and easily accessible format
• Strategic thinker who has demonstrated experience proactively recognizing a challenge or problem and working with a variety of teams and data sources to diagnose the problem and recommend solutions
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Collaborative mindset with positive attitude and happy disposition
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment
