Job Description
Xilica is seeking a business-focused, ambitious Dynamics 365 developer to lead innovation across our D365
technology stack, including Dynamics 365 ERP, Customer Service Enterprise, Telephony, PowerApps Portals
and Order Management. You'll be the internal product owner of these tools and be ultimately responsible for
their ongoing business alignment and performance levels. This is an exciting, ownership-level role where you
have autonomy and freedom to create the best, and your opinions and experience are deeply valued at the
center of our business.

Design and development of business processes that enhance the out of the box Dynamics 365
Identify and recommend customizations and enhancements
Provide gap-analyses, functional specifications for enhancements and integrations to other business
Provide expert application configuration and design by optimizing features, user experience, data integrity,
and system performance
Drive the effective transition of requirements to delivery, ensuring a clear and complete understanding of
the requirements thereby ensuring successful delivery
Preparation of implementation documentation to ensure the effective support of the application
Collaborate, manage and lead meetings with Functional/Business Leads and Technical Leads/Developers
to ensure each phase of an implementation/development is executed with the solutions provided or
recommended in a timely manner
Identify risks and mitigate or communicate as necessary
Define training needs within the team and coach other team members
Proactively extend self-knowledge of the Microsoft solution stack

10+ years CRM delivery with at least 5 years in Dynamics 365 ERP (NAV, Business Central, Finance &
Operations), from a functional, technical and/or architectural standpoint
Experience with Dynamics implementation in a lead functional or technical role
5+ years' experience in facilitation, analysis and prototyping
5+ years' experience with multi-phase, enterprise-wide implementations
Experience of mentoring and managing a team
Previous experience working with a Microsoft Gold Partner

University graduate with a relevant degree within a computational or business discipline would be
beneficial but not essential
Relevant Microsoft Dynamics certifications
Good understanding of both technical and functional capabilities of the Microsoft Dynamics modules
including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service
Good understanding of both technical and functional capabilities of the Power Platform including Power
Apps (Canvas, Model Driven, Portals), Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent
Strong presentation and demonstration skills
Business process mapping, modelling and documentation knowledge
Able to confidently understand not only business process design at feature or user story level but on the
wider enterprise or end to end process level
Training in project management methodologies (such as PRINCE2, Agile or Scrum) would be beneficial
but not essential
Confident and effective communication skills
Thinks clearly and calmly under pressure
Investigates problems to establish real or hidden causes
Solves complex problems with creative solutions
Places emphasis on user satisfaction
Ability to prioritize and successfully manage multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously
Must have the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
