Skill Sets and Capabilities
High-level experience in Developing Electrical Equipment Specifications and RFQ package assembly
Coordinating with and Reviewing Vendor Drawings and Documentation
High-level experience in assisting and developing design packages for Review, Bidding, Approval and Construction
Design package and Electrical Equipment Specification Checking
Ability to scope projects, develop detailed engineering manhour estimates
High-level experience in developing area classification drawings
Able to perform work in the metric and Imperial (United States units of measurements)
Highly capable of effective communication and coordination with other disciplines (civil/structural/piping/instrumentation and controls)
Able to effectively review interdiscipline squad checks packages
Capable of seamlessly working multiple projects simultaneously
Capable of planning, prioritizing and executing multiple projects either from start to finish, or finishing projects and tasks started, but not completed, by others
Attends intercompany and/or client meetings and document the decisions, tasks and Action Items accordingly
Ability to manage and document project scope changes
Effectively maintain project budgets, deliverables and schedules
Experience in overseeing developing oneline diagrams, schematic diagrams, plan drawing and installation details
Experience in developing detailed scope of work documents
Programs/Application Experience
Microsoft Word and Excel
ETAP, Easy Power and other similar power modeling software
Proficiency in all AutoCad Applications (Highly Recommended)
Navisworks (Recommended)
ReCap (Recommended)
Upload and Download to FTP sites
Education/Certifications
BS Degree in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
Professional Engineering License (Preferred)
