Responsibilities:
· Create marketing POs
· process quarterly accruals
· Processing invoices / resolves invoicing issues
· Weekly review of Finance spreadsheets from HQ
· Monthly reconciliation sheet review from HQ
· New Vendor onboarding management
· Overall APJ budget reconciliation
· Issue management
· Agency budget review and management
· Owning the APJ budget spreadsheet & chasing team members to update for each supported region
Requirements: Working hours: To cover Marketing team in AU / SG / KR / JP Experience with managing all above Timely and professionally managing of requests
