FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYST LEAD

We’re looking for a curious, detail-oriented, and collaborative leader, who has strong experience with core FP&A practices. You will partner with FP&A leadership and partners to
help scale existing processes and systems and provide reporting and decision making support. The ideal candidate will exhibit superior analytical abilities, have prior experience
working with FP&A and/or finance teams at high-growth companies, and possess strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.

What you’ll achieve

● Supervise team of FP&A analysts to ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables; mentor and coach team members where necessary
● Support business decisions through iterative analysis and continuous improvements in both depth and levels of granularity
● Assist with month-end and quarter-end close processes
● Develop a financial reporting cadence and outputs that accurately depict business performance trends, as well as highlight key variances, opportunities, and issues to management
● Assist with implementation of, improvements to, and reporting from our financial reporting software, Anaplan
● Perform ad hoc reporting or project work as requested

About you

● 6+ years of applicable experience in FP&A, accounting, or corporate finance
● Strong understanding of corporate finance concepts and accounting principles
● Ability to cultivate effective relationships and work cross-functionally with strong planning, process management, communication, and organizational skills
● Excellent business judgment and intellectual curiosity; proven ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations
● Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and take ownership of work
● Experience coaching or leading a team and directing and reviewing work
● Advanced knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets required; experience with Netsuite and/or Anaplan nice to have (but not required)
● Calmness in the face of uncertainty; comfortable working in a dynamic and hyper-growth environment
● A degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related quantitative field a plus
