FULL STACK ENGINEER (ANGULAR JS)

This role will be responsible for building and maintaining our Angular applications. This includes both Front End and Back End application layers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Angular platform, modern best practices for Front End and Back End development, as well as familiarity with Material UI design standards. This role will work closely with our QA team to ensure the quality and reliability of the code, as well as collaborate with our UI/UX resource to ensure that our applications are functional, intuitive, and visually appealing.

The main responsibilities of a Full-stack Engineer (Angular JS) include:

• Ensure our applications are fast, reliable, and easy to use
• Work closely with a US-based team in a 2-week sprint agile SDLC
• Assist the QA team to identify and resolve any defects or issues
• Implement and maintain automated Front End tests to improve the reliability and efficiency of our testing process (Karma/Jasmine)
• Collaborate with our UI/UX resource to create and improve the functionality of the applications (experience with Figma would be a plus)
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Front End technologies and best practices to further improve their skills
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by management

To apply for the role, you must have the following:

• 2+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a focus on Angular • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
• Solid understanding of Angular Material UI component library and data stream manipulation with RxJS
• Proven ability to work well in a team environment
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
• Experience working with QA teams and collaborating with UI/UX resources • Basic knowledge of database technologies, such as MS SQL Server or PostgreSQL
• Experience with developing and maintaining REST APIs (GraphQL would be a plus)
• Familiarity with web server technologies, such as Apache or Nginx
• Ability to mentor other team members as needed
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience with other Front End technologies like React, Svelte or VueJS
• Experience with MuleSoft, AWS Lambda, AWS SAM, and/or AWS CloudFormation.
• Experience with bundle size optimization
