HRIS INTEGRATIONS ANALYST

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and provide post production support for technical integrations using Workday Studio, Workday RaaS, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services
• Work closely with People Systems, business stakeholders and external parties to gather comprehensive requirements, review design, and create functional specifications
• Design, test, deploy and support integration solutions that are scalable and sustainable, following industry best practices and in accordance with compliance and change management standards
• Monitor and triage integrations for issues and opportunities for optimization
• Troubleshoot break/fix issues and coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders
• Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns
• Understand and commit to policies and best practices relevant to data governance and data privacy

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of practical enterprise integration and web service development experience, using Workday integration types EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transforms, and Workday Studio
• Proficiency in Workday Security, Reporting, and Calculated Fields
• Working knowledge of Workday functional areas such as HCM, Benefits, and Payroll
• Strong analytical skills, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
• Proficiency in BIRT preferred
• Certified in Workday Integrations or HCM preferred
• Experience integrating with payroll and recruitment systems preferred
• Knowledge of XML transformation languages and associated web service technology (SOAP, REST, SAML, SSL, etc.)
• Focus on best practices relevant to data governance, data privacy, and compliant change management
• Ability to effectively communicate with technical teams as well as functional stakeholders
• Must be amenable for a Work from Home Setup
• Must be amenable to work on a Day Shift Schedule (5am – 2pm PH Time)
