Agencies, Universities, Hospitals, Clinical & Non-Clinical Colleagues, Head Office

of our workforce strategy is our overseas recruitment channel. 
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator performs a critical screening and selection role and 
will participate in the screening and hiring process for Healthcare Professionals 
wishing to relocate to the United Kingdom. Working as part of the InHealth People 
Services team, this unique will require you to work closely building strong relationships 
with our Partner Recruitment Agencies, Universities and Hospitals, and be responsible 
for the screening, interviewing and selection of candidates for a final interview with a 
Hiring Manager. You will be responsible for evaluating resumes, scheduling, and 
conducting interviews independently and managing the hiring paperwork. Your 
judgement and experience will play a crucial part in ensuring the best hit for both 
candidates and InHealth. As the International Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you are 
acting as a brand ambassador for InHealth, helping to sell the amazing opportunities 
InHealth and the United Kingdom has to offer. 


What you will do: 
• Consult with Hiring Managers, Talent colleagues and the wider International to 
Resourcing Team to fully understand staff requirements and specific job 
objectives
• Working closely with Philippine Recruitment Agencies, Universities and 
Hospital Partners to source, screen and recommend qualified candidates
• Undertaking initial stage screening and scoping interviews of candidates before 
passing recommended shortlists to the Hiring Manager for final interview 
• Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills
• Conduct phone, Zoom/Teams and/or in-person interviews
• Scheduling the interview process, supporting the Hiring Manager with interview 
template questions, and provide feedback to the candidate at each stage 
• Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions
• Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
• Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods

What you are responsible for:
• Create, collate and maintain accurate records of all applicants screening and 
interviews
• Knowing and understanding pre-employment requirements and ensuring 
legislative requirements are met, supporting pre-employment checks via 
People Services 
• Dealing with direct enquiries from InHealth Team and Partner Recruitment 
Agencies, Partner Universities and Partner Hospitals in a prompt and effective 
manner, ensuring the provision of information and prioritisation of queries as 
appropriate 
• Assisting in the completion of month end administrative procedures for the 
senior management team 
• Participating in audits, personal development and team meetings
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment 
• Complying with ISO standards in respect of information security management 
• Reporting all incidents and complaints in line with company policy

You have experience of:
• Clinical background and experience, ideally as a Registered Nurse
• Proven work experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or Recruiter who can
demonstrate excellent communication skills
• Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency 
based and behavioural) whilst demonstrating sound judgement in decision making process which is in line with company values and the Recruitment Policy
• Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
• Building long-lasting and collaborative relationships with managers,
stakeholders and external suppliers 
• Using Microsoft packages like Excel and Word
