IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our internal users across various departments. Your role will involve diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, as well as assisting with technology-related inquiries. You will play a vital role in maintaining our systems and ensuring our employees have the tools they need to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users through various channels, including in-person, email, phone, and remote assistance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues, such as desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and software updates.
• Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement and support technology solutions, including hardware and software upgrades.
• Assist in the management of IT assets, inventory, and documentation.
• Provide training and guidance to users on technology best practices and efficient system usage.
• Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support or vendor resources when necessary.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of IT support processes and procedures.
• Support US Based Network & Server Operations with Scheduled Patching.
• Support US Based Information Systems Dept with ERP maintenance tasks.
• CAD/Engineering software troubleshooting experience a plus
