LEADS GENERATION SPECIALIST

The Purpose-Driven Career Objectives of a Leads Generation Specialist at KMC:

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you are responsible for assisting KMC’s Sourcing Team to generate talent leads using a variety of sourcing channels. You will also market all job openings aligned with the branding of KMC.

To Apply for this Role, you are Excellent at:

• Curating a winning job description for the Manpower Request
• Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms
• Creating and monitoring a wide variety of email marketing campaigns that contribute to the team's goal
• Coordinating with Marketing Team and/or 3rd Party partners in the creation of posters and branded ads to promote open positions and highlight employee features
• Assisting in the planning and implementation of TA Sourcing engagement activities
• Responding and assisting to potential leads queries via email, live chat, phone, and social media channels
• Collaborating & coordinating with the Sourcing Pre-screening Team & Recruitment Team for lead generation and ensuring all lead sources are maximized
• Assisting in the creation and implementation of recruitment strategies
• Actively source new recruitment opportunities

Your Success Profile Includes:

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Social Science/Sociology, Marketing, or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in Social Media Management and/or Sourcing & Recruitment
• Proficient in using MS Tools (MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint)
• Good understanding of Sourcing & Recruitment processes
• Excellent level of proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal
• Excellent time management skills with a strong sense of urgency
• High energy, team orientated
• Precise, accurate, and attention to detail is a must
• High learning aptitude with the ability to work unsupervised
• A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with Prospect Leads
• Must be a creative thinker and has a passion for Marketing and Branding
