LEGAL OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Job Description - Legal Operations Specialist

Tricentis is looking for a Legal Operations Analyst/Specialist to join its growing global legal team. This role will assist with the administration of legal technology platforms. Further, this role will provide assistance to the legal team as a whole with internal processes, day-to-day operations, and escalation of critical matters. This role reports directly to the Senior Legal Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

· Administer various workflows and advance submissions for data subject access requests through OneTrust process.

· Oversee and administer the Privacy mailbox and escalate to specific legal counsel as needed.

· Complete any incoming requests from the Privacy mailbox for data deletion requests.

· Additional duties related to the management of incoming requests via OneTrust.

· Review of and correction of data fields for documents uploaded to the Evisort Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform.

· General oversight of incoming Evisort requests and cocoordinationith regional Contract Managers.

· Review incoming requests to the Legal Notices mailbox and update the tracker with customer opt-out requests.

 

Skills:

· Working knowledge of OneTrust and Evisort a plus.

· Exceptional attention to detail

· Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills

· Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

· Strong communication skills

· Results-oriented, resourceful, problem-solver

· Adapts well to change.

 

Experience / Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent length of prior work experience (3-5 years preferred).

· Paralegal certificate a plus.

· Prior experience with duties related to in-house legal team or private law practice.
