Duties and Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced broker support staff member with the ability to start immediately. Your key role will be to help maintain and manage compliance for the business and team, assist with admin, support our internal and external mortgage brokers, and assist our existing loan processing staff if required.  

Experience with Podium (sales Force), or MYCRM (Loan Market) is a minimum requirement.    

Applicants must be well-spoken in English, be able to communicate over the phone to customers and banks clearly, and be effective written communicators.   

You must be professionally dressed at all times, and pay strong attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting with business and broker compliance

Writing and packaging home loans if required 

Processing and collation of loan applications and entering information

Licensing requirements and compliance

Helping to manage appointments within the business

Supporting existing staff and managing broker files

 

Minimum Competencies:

 

  • Must have worked as a mortgage brokers assistant or a loan processor before
  • Must be very well spoken in English
  • Must have worked with Podium (sales force) or MYCRM (loan market system)
