KMC Solutions, a leading company in flexible office space and Employer of Record Services is seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Director to join our award-winning marketing team.

As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business goals. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, who has been recognized as the Marketing Leader of the Year, you will play a pivotal role in managing various teams, including Creatives, Performance Marketing, Events & Partnerships, and Brand Strategists.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business goals: Lead the development of comprehensive marketing strategies that effectively promote KMC Solutions' products and services. Ensure that marketing initiatives are in line with the company's overall objectives and contribute to its growth.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure that it is used effectively: Oversee the allocation and utilization of the marketing budget. Monitor expenses, track Return on Investment (ROI), and make data-driven decisions to optimize budget allocation and maximize marketing impact.
  • Oversee the performance of all marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across various channels. Analyze key metrics, such as Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS), to measure campaign performance. Make data-driven recommendations and adjustments to optimize campaigns and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Manage the marketing team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff: Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing marketing team. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring their success. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address any conflicts that may arise within the team.
  • Work with other departments to ensure that marketing efforts are coordinated and effective: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service, to align marketing initiatives with their objectives. Foster effective communication and coordination to maximize the impact of marketing efforts and ensure consistency in messaging.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences: Act as a brand ambassador for KMC Solutions by attending industry events and conferences. Network with potential clients, share marketing best practices, and stay updated on industry trends. Deliver engaging presentations that showcase the company's products and services in a compelling and professional manner.


Specific Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the company's overall business goals: Create a detailed marketing plan that encompasses various marketing channels and tactics to achieve business objectives. Ensure that the plan is aligned with the company's brand identity and resonates with target audiences.
  • Set marketing goals and identify target audiences: Establish measurable marketing goals and objectives. Identify and define target audiences based on market research and customer segmentation. Tailor marketing strategies and messaging to effectively engage and convert target audiences.
  • Track marketing expenses and develop budget reports: Monitor and track marketing expenses on an ongoing basis. Prepare accurate and detailed budget reports to provide visibility into expenditure and support informed decision-making regarding budget adjustments.
  • Make recommendations for budget changes: Analyze marketing performance metrics, including ROI and ROAS, to evaluate the effectiveness of budget allocation. Make data-driven recommendations for adjustments to the marketing budget, ensuring resources are optimized for maximum impact.
  • Track campaign results, analyze data, and make recommendations for changes to campaign strategies: Monitor campaign performance, measure key metrics, and analyze data to assess the success of marketing initiatives. Use insights gained to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for adjustments to campaign strategies to enhance outcomes.
  • Develop performance reviews, provide feedback, and resolve team conflicts: Conduct performance reviews for the marketing team, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support professional growth. Address and resolve conflicts that may arise within the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure that marketing messages are consistent and effective: Work closely with other departments to align marketing messages with sales objectives, product positioning, and customer needs. Collaborate to develop integrated marketing campaigns that deliver consistent and impactful messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Give presentations, network with potential clients, and share marketing best practices at industry events and conferences: Represent the company at industry events and conferences, delivering engaging presentations and sharing marketing best practices. Leverage networking opportunities to build relationships with potential clients and industry peers, contributing to the company's thought leadership and market presence.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5 years in marketing leadership roles, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing and leading diverse marketing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to generate innovative ideas and develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in data analysis and comfortable working with analytics tools. Deep understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs, with a focus on ROAS and ROI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and effectively present ideas to diverse audiences.

Technical Skills:
