Carenet Health is seeking a proven B2B marketing expert to be a part of a rapidly growing, mission-driven organization that is changing the game when it comes to healthcare consumer support and access to care. As Carenet’s marketing operations specialist, you will join a talented, passionate and supportive marketing team dedicated to excellence and continuous improvement. You’ll be responsible for all marketing operations— so whether you’re running our tech stack, managing our website, or overseeing our agency, you’ll be guiding and changing how an industry thinks about improving healthcare. 

More about the position

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Operations Marketing Specialist is a key player in bringing the Carenet brand to life by primarily ensuring our lead generation and account-based marketing programs are running effectively and efficiently. The marketer in this position never stops working to understand the target audiences—payers, providers and healthcare service companies—as well as their market trends and challenges. You’re naturally curious, a digitally native, and love dashboards and reporting. 


  • You’ll be helping to onboard (and then manage) our new ABM tech stack and setting up our ABM practice—making this a unique and exciting time to join our team
  • You’ll also be migrating our automation processes from SalesForce Marketing Cloud to Pardot—did we mention this is a unique and exciting time to join our team?
  • Managing our digital agency, ensuring optimal performance of our paid media programs in both Google and LinkedIn
  • Implementing ever-green marketing programs, including two monthly eNewsletters


  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools including Pardot, 6Sense, Salesforce, SalesLoft and Wordpress with Elementor
  • 4+ years of experience (7+ years preferred) developing and managing lead generation and account-based marketing programs across multiple channels, preferably for B2B healthcare and BPO markets
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or similar
  • Understanding of funnel strategy and marketing to different buyer stages and audiences
  • Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and on multiple projects simultaneously

Bonus points for:

  • Working in long sales cycles with difficult attribution
  • Experience with Salesforce and custom objects
  • Experience managing databases and database schemas
  • Experience with Google Data Studio, Tableau, or similar
  • Experience using Unbounce for A/B Landing Page testing
  • Experience with WordPress, Gravity Forms, Elementor, and other plugins, as well as the server infrastructure needed to maintain it.
  • Experience with Zapier, LinkedIn Forms, Google Ads,
