NODEJS DEVELOPER

We are seeking a talented Node.js Developer with a deep understanding of NestJS, PostgreSQL, and microservices. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating efficient, scalable, and maintainable back-end systems, and a proven track record of delivering quality software.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js and NestJS framework
• Design, implement, and optimize scalable microservices
• Integrate with PostgreSQL databases to store, retrieve, and manipulate data efficiently
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Ensure code quality with unit tests and integration tests
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of our systems and processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve any system issues, ensuring optimal performance and stability

 

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of professional experience in Node.js development
• Proficiency in developing with the NestJS framework
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL, including designing schemas, writing queries, and optimization
• Experience building and maintaining microservices
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token (JWT)
• Familiarity with other tools in the Node.js ecosystem, such as Express.js, TypeORM, etc
• Strong understanding of software best practices, data structures, and algorithms
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment

 

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with other databases and caching systems
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools
