OFFER SOURCING MANAGER

We are a leading retail aggregation platform, and we are seeking an experienced Offer Sourcing Manager to join our team. As the Offer Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing the value of sourcing offers from specific stores and by different streams, as well as identifying gaps in coverage saturation. You will also be tasked with reviewing and upskilling the performance of our existing team members.
The successful applicant will have excellent attention to detail, strong people management skills, a deep understanding of the Australian retail departments, online shopping, and current scraping and feed technologies.Key Responsibilities:

• Review the value of sourcing offers from specific stores and by different streams
• Identify gaps in coverage saturation
• Review and upskill the performance of existing team members
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the quality of the sourced offers
• Continuously improve the Offer Sourcing process

Key Qualifications:

• Experience in Offer Sourcing or a similar field
• Knowledge of Australian retail stores and brands
• Deep understanding of retail departments and online shopping
• Familiarity with current scraping and feed technologies
• Strong people management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

The following skills will be advantageous but not required:

• The ability to use Canva/GIMP/Photoshop/Photopea
• The ability to write SQL
• The ability to review data in Google Analytics or Tableau
• An understanding of how N8N/Tray.io/Zapier/IFTT/Integromat or similar work
