As an Onboarding Administrator, your role is all about supporting the onboarding specialists to create a positive and memorable onboarding experience for our new colleagues, so that they start their InHealth journey in a fantastic way. Working with our Onboarding and Recruitment teams, you will play an important part in making sure that every candidate receives their employment contract in a timely manner and has access to the HR systems on their first day.

 

The main responsibilities of an ONBOARDING COORDINATOR include:

• Drive our approach to creating the best onboarding experience that we can, for all candidates, so that InHealth is seen as an employer of choice
• Be the friendly and helpful face of our Onboarding Team, supporting the onboarding specialists with telephone enquiries, occupational health referrals and DBS checks to make sure our candidates get what they need during onboarding, involving key people as and when required
What you are responsible for
• Engaging with onboarding specialists and Candidate Engagement Manager about pre-employment administration tasks
• Maintaining all candidate data held in our online systems
• Supporting with pre-employment checks, in line with NHS requirements, professional memberships, DBS’ and fit to work checks
• Maintaining the online webonboarding portal by filing all documents, updating tasks and closing cases as quickly as possible


Job Description:

• Creating accounts with our occupational health provider for pre-placement health assessments.  Assessing Fit Certificates, saving to e-files and sharing with hiring managers – highlighting any necessary adjustments required
• Process Masta referrals for candidates who require vaccination assessments
• Completing License checks for our mobile roles with AA DriveTech License Checking and LEX Autolease process.
• Send links to candidates who require DBS on the uCheck portal, saving summary certificates to e-files and escalating any discrepancies
• Checking right-to-work files ensuring HR system is up to date
• Assigning new roles to the RPA adding the positions to Webonboarding portal.
