The Operations System Analyst position is a project management focused position which works with all the other teams in the company. As a System Analyst at CEA you will help provide technical support to the PMO office and will include projects with the goal of documenting and optimizing and executing on all key processes in CEA.

The main responsibilities of an OPERATIONS SYSTEM ANALYST include:

• Evaluating business processes, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions in the ERP/PM System.

• Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems (ie Deltek VantagePoint, Power BI, Hubspot, etc.

• Create and maintain a documentation architecture that supports all of the processes and tools developed by the PMO.

• Create tutorials to train end-users on systems, applications and processes.

• Effectively and succinctly communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

• Perform requirements analysis and user acceptance testing in IT systems.

• Plan and manage smaller internal projects, monitor and report status; ensure timely completion of these projects.

• Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures, tools, and related documents.

• Support the Director of PMO on various ad-hoc tasks in expediting the higher level initiatives and priorities for the organization.

To apply for the role, you must have the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, IT, Accounting, or Finance.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a business analyst or a related role in a project management field.

• Fully fluent in spoken and written English. (Chinese is a plus)

• Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint ERP is highly preferred; other ERP platform experience will be considered.

• Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or others.

• Solar or energy storage experience is preferred but not required.

• Able to operate on a flexible schedule - will interact with company employees located primarily across the US as well as China (Shanghai).

• The ability to effectively work remotely with little oversight.

• Fully proficient in intermediate to advanced Excel formulas and functionality.

• Competency in designing and drafting flow diagrams (e.g. Visio, Mindomo, etc.)

• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

• A demonstrated history of leading and supporting successful projects.

• Ability to travel internationally on a quarterly basis.
