  • Bachelor's/College Degree a plus but not required
  • 2 solid years of exposure in the BPO industry

Role Expectations

  • Conceptualize and contribute with thoughts on sourcing strategies and methods to be utilized in identifying qualified candidates. The Senior Executive recruiter is highly encouraged to utilize creative methods that go beyond traditional sourcing channels in attracting qualified candidates
  • Provides strategic thought leadership for organizational growth
  • Source, conduct initial interviews and endorse candidates to the client
  • Create marketing materials including job ads needed in order to attract talent to positions
  • Verify candidate qualifications and assist the client with the candidate on- boarding process
  • Proactively suggest ideas and techniques that will improve the processes and success of the company.
