Work Experience

  • Typical duties include assisting Alphaserve's Information Security Committee in all needed facets of IT compliance and IT operations
  • Oversee the creation, deployment, and integration of Alphaserve's IT compliance program (SOC 2/ISO27001) and of any enhancements to existing compliance program in accordance with standard best operating procedures and Alphaserve's security documents
  • Manage SOC 1/SOC 2/ ISO 27001 audit including interfacing with external auditors
  • ISO 27001 Controls creation, compliance, and reporting
  • Manage Identity Access Governance
  • ITIL operations compliance auditing and reporting
  • Obtain due diligence materials and fill out client's questionnaires
  • Conduct due diligence on Alphaserve's technology vendors
  • Manage Alphaserve's internal risk assessment process
  • Develop and update IT related corporate policies


  • 5-7 Years of experience with IT and security compliance/auditing
  • Experience with ISO 27001 controls creation, compliance, and reporting
  • Experience in establishing an IT compliance program within a company
  • Service Organization Controls creation, compliance, and reporting
  • Must have work experience in a tech company or the technology/compliance department of a company
  • IT Assurance and compliance, Audit-IT integration

  • Should be a self-starter, who will proactively find and address issues and will become a leader
  • Must be comfortable working independently and leading initiatives which affect global operational teams
  • Question things that don't make sense or need clarification
  • Must adhere to deadlines and complete tasks in a timely matter and be highly self-motivated
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and clients
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including creating professional-grade technical documentation and demonstrating strong information presentation skills
  • Team player who has the ability to work effectively with all levels of company personnel
  • Multitasking skills to handle multiple priority tasks
  • Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing priorities with promptness, efficiency and ease
