- The Facilities Technician is expected to perform tasks efficiently with a positive attitude. He will be responsible in:
- GENERAL OFFICE / FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE
- o Office maintenance
- o Ensures that the facilities and utilities are fully functioning
- o Coordinates facilities/building issues
- o Conducts facilities inspection
- o Ensures regular and timely conduct of preventive maintenance activities
- o Coordinates with bldg admin maintenance activities
- o Regular facilities reporting to Facilities Engr
- o Estimate and order supplies repair parts as needed Facilities maintenance such as:
- Painting walls, furniture and other supplies
- Assist in renovations, repairs and paints building structures
- Respond to emergency maintenance request as needed
- Replace light bulb, resets breakers, replace broken outlet covers
- Other tasks to be assigned from time to time
- High school diploma or 2 year vocational course
- Service punctuality; work completion time; customer satisfaction; operating and maintenance repair efficiency
