Facilities Technician

Skills

  • The Facilities Technician is expected to perform tasks efficiently with a positive attitude. He will be responsible in:
  •  GENERAL OFFICE / FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE
  • o Office maintenance
  • o Ensures that the facilities and utilities are fully functioning
  • o Coordinates facilities/building issues
  • o Conducts facilities inspection
  • o Ensures regular and timely conduct of preventive maintenance activities
  • o Coordinates with bldg admin maintenance activities
  • o Regular facilities reporting to Facilities Engr
  • o Estimate and order supplies repair parts as needed Facilities maintenance such as:
  •  Painting walls, furniture and other supplies
  •  Assist in renovations, repairs and paints building structures
  •  Respond to emergency maintenance request as needed
  •  Replace light bulb, resets breakers, replace broken outlet covers
  •  Other tasks to be assigned from time to time

Educational Requirement

  • High school diploma or 2 year vocational course
