PROCUREMENT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

Job Description:

• Review and approve purchase orders and change order requests to ensure adherence to
procurement policies and procedures.
• Monitor procurement compliance and maintain procurement dashboards and reports to
communicate procurement performance and progress.
• Provide training and support to procurement stakeholders to ensure compliance and
understanding of procurement processes.
• Support procurement projects and initiatives, including process improvements, cost savings
initiatives, and supplier consolidation efforts.
• Develop and maintain procurement documentation, including policies, procedures, and training
materials.
• Conduct data analysis of procurement activities to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for
improvement.
• Support procurement processes, including vendor management, purchasing, and contract
management.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• 2+ years of experience in procurement or accounts payable
• Experience with Procurement systems (ie. Zip, Coupa, Oracle)
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of procurement processes, including vendor management, purchasing, contract
management and invoice payments
• Understanding of procurement policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
