PROGRAM ASSOCIATE

Program Associate - PMO Team

The Program Associate must have a solid understanding of shared services operations and the key drivers of business outcomes (customer experience, risk, efficiency, revenue and retention) in order to effectively support the existing shared services team with onboarding, logistics, and performance management.

Responsibilities: 

• Strong Project Management experience and ability to balance multiple priorities at once
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; an ability to identify upstream blockers, prioritize solutions and action effectively
• Manage employee interviews, onboarding, and equipment logistics
• An amazing team player, understanding cultural barriers, bridging business gaps and rolling up sleeves to get work done
• Ability and flexibility working in an ambiguous and dynamic environment
• Work to continuously improve program using data to measure what’s working and what’s not

Must have:

• 3+ years of work experience supporting BPO / Shared Services / Outsourced operations as a client and/or vendor
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience supporting a fast growing technology SaaS enterprise
• Ability and flexibility working in an ambiguous and dynamic environment
• Cross-cultural understanding and empathy
• Ability to work 50% time support PST / 50% time supporting Manila time e.g. 5am to 1pm

Nice to have: 

• Established an effective program measurement, track and report progress against KPIs
• Working knowledge of talent acquisition/recruiting lifecycle
