OneTrust is looking for a Procurement Operations Analyst to join our KMC Manila operations. You will be responsible for processing procurement requests for our internal customers and suppliers ensuring their needs are met with accuracy and simplicity.




  • Strong partnership with the Sourcing team on the purchasing process.
  • Manage purchase requests via our intake tool Ironclad. Ensure timely response and processing within SLAs 
  • Manage, review and approve purchase requisitions and purchase change orders
  • Review and manage outstanding Purchase orders.
  • Drive Procurement and PO reporting
  • Manage and enforce Procurement Policy and “No PO, no Pay” process with Accounts Payable
  • Liaise with Strategic Sourcing and Accounts Payable to educate our stakeholders and limit “After the fact” invoices
  • Route approved contracts for signature via e-signature software
  • Manage and maintain contract database
  • Follow proper procedures for any new vendor creation or updates; verifying federal id number, name, addresses that are provided on the documents by vendor
  • Maintain and manage supplier database
  • Manage and support virtual credit card payment requests, which includes reconciliations 
  • Manage and support administrative requests for our OneTrust Procurement ticketing tool. 
  • Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient customer service to external vendors and internal inquiries/correspondences.
  • Assist in periodic audits of Procurement as needed and takes necessary steps to correct any discrepancies
  • Protect the organization's value by keeping financial information confidential.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in training & learning opportunities.
  • Participate in process documentation & support continuous improvement initiatives by providing ideas/pain points/recommendations during data gathering.   
  • Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent.
  • Has at least 4-5 years Procurement Operations experience in a SAAS company/ Finance Shared Services experience preferred.
  • Has experience with managing and administering a ticketing or software tool preferred.
  • Willing to work night and/ or shifting schedules to accommodate different time zones per global business requirements. Schedule will need to overlap with both Europe and EST (Atlanta HQ). Placeholder set for 5pm-2am Manila time, but open to minor adjustments if preferred by candidate. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in addition to strong problem solving skills in a growing and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and work well in teams to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment where change is the norm; strong multitasking skills.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, a must.
  • Technical knowledge and proficiency with Workday Procurement is preferred
