QA AUTOMATION

Mission:

Contribute to and review the creation of testing automation for Property Vista’s software.

Expected Outcomes:

• Ensure a 99.99% up-time for our Software based on proactive testing for robustness and performance.
  • Setting up, maintaining, and performing test automation frameworks on multiple application platforms and building test scenarios and acceptance tests.
  • Investigating customer problems referred to you by the technical support team, testing bugs, and creating and managing bug reports.
  • Working with deployments teams, resolving level issues for systems, coordinating on product design, and offering inputs on the testability of functional elements and product designs.
  • Managing the final quality on production release.

• Ensure a market competitiveness and fit for our product, making us a leader in our space.
  • Analyzing and disintegrating software systems and coordinating with other teams to enhance the overall design.
  • Researching test tools, methodologies, and trends and upgrading existing practices and processes.

Skills, Qualifications and Track Record:

Must-haves

• Core software development skills such as Java, C++, PHP, Python, ASP, C#, SQL, JavaScript, and Ruby.
• General understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Training in Agile and DevOps Process Methodology
• Effective communication and time management skills.
• Basic working knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, Soap UI, and Rest.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Unix scripting.
• Exposure to API integration.
• Mobile and Web experience.
