What You Do: Target new business accounts between 0-99 employees and introduce them to Payscale's industry leading compensation data, software, and services solutions via initial meeting/demo. You will craft a pipeline of opportunities – primarily sourced through inbound MQLs. build your forecasting skills, and close engagements.

Build your pipeline by hunting for prospective companies and potential buyers, blueprinting existing accounts, and responding to prospective customer inquiries.
Pipeline is primarily subscription-based sales of our data solutions – Payfactors BASICS (employee reported data or HR reported data).
Will manage the E2E sales cycle for subscription-based sales of our data solutions and need capacity to identify more complex deals (beyond data sales) to refer to mid-market AEs.
Host calls with HR leaders and C-suite executive teams, understand their current pay processes and what they believe could be improved to get pay right.

1 + years of full cycle sales experience; handling a minimum of 30 transactional sales opportunities per month
