What You Do: Target new business accounts between 0-99 employees and introduce them to Payscale's industry leading compensation data, software, and services solutions via initial meeting/demo. You will craft a pipeline of opportunities – primarily sourced through inbound MQLs. build your forecasting skills, and close engagements. 

Day-in-the-Life: As a Mid-Market Sales Associate, your typical day may include the following… 
 Build your pipeline by hunting for prospective companies and potential buyers, blueprinting existing accounts, and responding to prospective customer inquiries. 
 Pipeline is primarily subscription-based sales of our data solutions – Payfactors BASICS (employee reported data or HR reported data). 
 Will manage the E2E sales cycle for subscription-based sales of our data solutions and need capacity to identify more complex deals (beyond data sales) to refer to mid-market AEs. 
 Host calls with HR leaders and C-suite executive teams, understand their current pay processes and what they believe could be improved to get pay right. 
 Help make a difference for the employees of the companies you work with! 
 Constantly evolving and improving sales skills and techniques through close collaboration with teammates.

 1 + years of full cycle sales experience; handling a minimum of 30 transactional sales opportunities per month 
 Preferred experience working successfully in a territory mode
