The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the sales
team. This includes developing and implementing sales processes, managing sales analytical and
metrics, and ensuring the team is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to be successful.

Your Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement sales processes to ensure consistent performance across the sales
● Manage sales analytics and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
● Work with Sales Directors to establish sales goals and objectives to ensure the team is aligned to
meet these goals.
● Analyse sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
● Manage and maintain our CRM system to ensure accuracy of data and effective use by the sales
● Develop and implement sales training programs to improve sales team effectiveness.
● Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales operations processes and make
recommendations for improvement.
● Prepare and present regular reports to Sales Directors.

You possess:
● Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
● 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in a B2B software company.
● Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
● Experience with CRM systems, sales analytical tools, and sales reporting.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills.
● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
● Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
