We’re looking for a collaborative go-getter who gets excited about winning and helping others succeed. 

You will be part of our small international Deal Desk team under the finance org. This means you’ll have the opportunity to help create the groundwork for the future success of the team. The Deal Desk works closely with partners in Sales, Revenue Accounting, Legal,  and Sales Operations to close deals that are good for both our clients and our customers. We are experts on our internal processes and requirements and advisors to the sales team on their deals, both from a process and a negotiation perspective. It is our responsibility to relay information and educate our partners on those processes as well as the specific deals we are involved with. We are obsessed with process improvement in order to help our client continue to grow, scale, and succeed. 

What you’ll achieve

  • Enable and support sales teams on CPQ and contract management workflows

  • Work with business users, test users, and application delivery team members on resolving issues

  • Educate the sales team about our processes and deal negotiation expectations

  • Build strong relationships with our partner teams. You will be their trusted partner in identifying where their help is needed in a deal

  • Generate and adjust order forms in complex deals

  • Provide Tier 1 troubleshooting and administrative support in the Salesforce environment

  • Optimize Salesforce while working with the business systems team to identify architectural improvements, especially focused on contract creation and order management

  • Introduce  elegant, simple (yet powerful) processes that make everyone’s life a little bit easier

  • Document current state processes and find opportunities for improvement

About you

  • SFDC tool expertise is a necessity

  • 3+ years of professional experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to learn quickly within the Salesforce platform

  • Experience building Salesforce-integrated technology solutions, reports and dashboards and adjusting permissions, validation rules, and workflow rules

  • An eye for process and ability to identify areas where we can improve

  • Proven track record of building relationships across multiple partner teams

  • Sound business acumen and understanding of the sales lifecycle

  • Team player who will do what it takes to manage deals across the finish line, especially at month and quarter end

  • Software/SaaS industry experience is an advantage
