Functional Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Support and Account Officer to join our team and take on a variety of responsibilities to help our Talent-As-A-Service Sales and Account Management Department efficiently accomplish key tasks, goals and initiatives. A Sales Support and Account Officer will provide high level administrative support as well as help plan and implement new activities and programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Researching industry trends and gathering resources
  • Preparing, reviewing and maintaining department presentations (such as proposals, agreements and business reviews), reports and manuals
  • Coordinating with Marketing to follow prescribed branding guidelines to be used in the presentations
  • Writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the department’s behalf
  • Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Overseeing the planning and coordination of new activities
  • Planning and executing department events and meetings (including but not limited to weekly meetings, team building activities and training sessions), and organizing catering when necessary
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned from time to time, including but not limited to:
    • Assisting in the annual budget preparation
    • Account management duties to ensure excellent service delivery of services to Clients

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Willing to work in our office at BGC and nearby offices around Metro Manila
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field is preferred
  • Work experience as a sales support, program specialist or account manager is preferred
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Outstanding research, data visualization, analytics and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
