The Purpose Driven Career Objectives of a Salesforce Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Analyst. The Salesforce Analyst will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing our Salesforce CRM system to support the sales team's needs. In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports in Salesforce to provide sales teams with insights to drive revenue growth. The Salesforce Analyst should have a strong understanding of Salesforce, experience in sales operations or analytics, and the ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and cross-functional partners

Work Information:

• Remote work set up
• Fixed morning shift (6am-3pm)
• HMO upon hire plus dependents

To apply for a Salesforce Analyst, you are excellent at:

• Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM system to ensure it meets the needs of the sales team
• Develop and implement Salesforce workflows and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Provide sales performance metrics and reporting to sales leadership
• Develop and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports to support sales teams
• Collaborate with sales teams and cross-functional partners to develop and refine dashboards, reports, and processes
• Train sales teams on how to use Salesforce dashboards and reports effectively
• Ensure data quality within Salesforce and troubleshoot data issues

Your Success Profile includes:

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce CRM and dashboards/reports
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, workflows, and processes
• Experience in sales operations or analytics preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification preferred
• Candidate must be amenable to report at our Alabang office, if needed
