The main responsibilities of a SALESFORCE DEVELOPER include:

• Carry out engineering and management of the Salesforce platform that the business utilizes on a day-to-day basis.
• Aid the Development Manager in ensuring that Software Engineering projects and tasks are executed on-time and in a successful manner.
• Display strategy and foresight in relation to executing solutions to support the business. This could be through insightful implementation of architectural patterns, testing methods and engineering practices or by providing input on business requirements and designs.
• Maintain up-to-date technical skills to architect, engineer and support the Salesforce platform for the business.
• Collaborate with and support the Technical Support team to ensure they can execute on their day-to-day support tasks. 

To apply for the role, you must have the following:

• Hold qualification in computer science or information systems (preferable)
• 2-3 years in a similar role.           
• Experience with Sales or Service Cloud.          
• Experience with Apex, integrations, custom development.
• Experience in troubleshooting and support of systems
• An excellent problem solver.
• Experience mentoring and guiding other developers desired        
• Someone who fits well in a team environment.

It will also be favorable if you have the following:

• Experience with developing modern applications and products
• Customer centricity.
• High attention to detail.
• Analytical thinker.
• Ability to explain technical content.
• Demonstrate problem solving skills.
