• Create conceptual and logical business solution design for BAU and Replicating business requirements
- Understand and translate business requirements into ERP solutions
- Design programs to meet business requirements - Conduct/facilitate testing activities
- Conduct/facilitate training - Prepare required documentations
- Support cut-over activities - Perform post implementation support.
•Support development, testing and documentation of business requirements.
•Follow and improve delivery and operation support methodology
•Ensure compliance to coding standards.
•Can apply knowledge to the other IT Delivery Services: -
Application Management - Change Management
- Portfolio Management
- Risk Management
- Incident and Problem Management.
•Ensure that ERP systems remain robust, stable, and secure.
•Update relevant documentation pertaining to delivered ERP services.
•Communicate updates to stakeholders.
•Perform other duties of similar nature or level that may be assigned.
• Knowledge and experience in Basis HANA a plus
•Complex ABAP programming, testing and debugging functions related to the implementation of SAP modules
•Understand the requirements from provided functional designs and transform these requirements into the technical designs
•Close communication with functional teams /designers and build professional relationships with clients
