Job Description:

Senior Payroll Specialist

As part of the International Payroll Team, the Senior Payroll Specialist will provide hands-on and operational support in regional payroll matters.

Responsibilities:

• Provide payroll operational support for APAC – in particular for the Philippines, South Korea, Australia & Singapore
• Ensure the accuracy of all payroll data submitted to our Payroll Vendors
• Liaise closely with our local Payroll Vendors to ensure a timely and accurate payroll within tight deadlines.
• Reconcile, Review, and Validate payroll outputs
• Managing funding of bank accounts and ensuring timely payment of employees and related tax authorities
• Manage queries from employees, HR Business partners, and Finance
• Have local knowledge of taxation in each region.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of Payroll Experience
• Excellent Communication skills in both spoken and written English
• Intermediate level proficiency in Excel (vlookups and pivot tables)
• Knowledge of local regulations
• Experience in HRIS (Workday) would be an advantage
• Experience with Netsuite desirable
• Experience working in a multinational company
• Attention to detail and proactive approach to the role
