SMALL BALANCE ACCOUNT ASSOCIATE

The CSR - Healthcare Representative will be trained for Small Balance account. The job involves analysis of patient benefits prior to the patient’s visit at the hospital. This position will be responsible for analyzing patient benefits and updating the system to ensure that hospitals are reimbursed appropriately. This will include a combination of voice and non-voice follow-up. On the job training will be provided – healthcare background is preferred. 

Qualifications:

• Any undergraduate / graduate degree with minimum six months of experience
• Ability to analyze data and relate to various systems a must
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills a must
• Ability to comprehend and communicate effectively with US customers
• Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills with neutral accent
• Willing to work night shifts, Monday to Friday at 9pm to 6am MNL. Willing to work onsite at KMC VCorp Makati Office.

Experience:

• This position is intended for colleagues with 6 mo to 1 year of BPO experience and allows candidates the ability to gain experience and growth within healthcare.
